Here in europe, they are considering the Philippines the "new Thailand". This actually mean that they found out beaches and top quality resorts are cheaper in the Philippines than in most tourist countries like Thailand. PLUS everybody speaks english.

They're probably liking it here otherwise why would a lot of Koreans come to visit? They won't feel they're too far from home because there are a lot of Korean restaurants they can always go to if they miss their own kind of food. Things are inexpensive here and the warm climate suits them. I am always reminded of Korean "tele-novelas" each time I see them. Oh well, it is good for our economy. So, Koreans, you are always welcome.
