Among the answers we are getting, We are selecting only one as the best answer and giving rating. I think its not fare..

See.. So many users are sharing their points to our questions. Even in our school examinations also the teaches gives some marks to maximum even if we written few lines of answer, so that student realizes how much he is correct.. Right??

Why the same concept is not introduced here.. What is the reapect we are giving to other answers, we are just simply reading and laeving..

This has to change. Rating has to be introduced to every answer.

I am sure this makes yahoo Q %26amp; A platform more exciting.

dont get hung up on it... its just a place that people can get answers to puzzling questions or just chat about nonsense. Hell half the time I ask a serious question, I dont get any kind of answer that helps me out, so I do not choose a best answer. Is that unfair? I dont care.

Yeah, if you look at the Leaderboard, most of the people that have like 200,000 answers or whatever have asked like NO ANSWERS WHATSOEVER. All they care about is points. And if you go into their profile and read they're answers, the answers are just like, "Yes" and "No" and "Favorite color is blue," but they don't say why or how or whatever. I'd have a lot more points but I have a lot of questions about life and stuff and I want to know what other people have to say so I ask and I lose points. But, I have a fair amount of Best Answers, because I will write long as hell paragraphs for answers, especially if the question is something that I know well about.
