Totally out of bounds, it shows how little he knows the complicated subjects like economics and world affairs. His attack looks like had two purposes, one to hurt Clintons and other to woo republicans. In the end none will vote for him. He is very un-electable as it stands today. Majority whites in mid west and south would not vote for him. Black voters suddenly are rallying behind him to show loyalty but in the end they will come around and vote for Hillary. I hope democrates realize that only way they can win white house is vote for Hillary.
