its not attractive, just make it bit attractive, use some light and soothing colors.. also write a script which pings ur new posts to the search engines, this is generally done in wordpress..

here is the site which pings the blog to various search engines and then your blog's hit increases, so does the adsense and its a hit !! :)

It looks ok, maybe you need a forum for discussion and a bunch of links to interesting sites. A blog is really about expressing yourself, so start opining.
