A few missing details there but I think I'm with you. You are referring to the ability to leave comments on the blogs of other 360 members? There is no way that I am aware of to track those. Even if you knew who's blog you had commented on and went and looked at it there is nothing you could do anyway. The only thing that can be done to a 360 blog comment after it is posted is to delete it and that can only be done by the owner of the 360 blog you commented on, not by you.

On my 360 page I have set up an RSS feed for comments on my blog so if you had my 360 on your friends list or your favorites you would see the comment you left to me appear as my latest update on your 360 home page
My comments RSS feeds also apear on my main profile the last 4 comments left are accessable there
Of course if the blog commented on doesnt have RSS comments feeds or isn't public the only way is to keep checking back on the page
by the way you can have up to 250 on your list + 250 in favorites on 360 so yes keeping up with that many comments might be difficult but then who has the time to make 500 comments per day
