Is there a way to hide comments but keep 3 or so most recent?

I want to hide all my comments except for the three most recent ones.

I've seen this on someone's MySpace before but I lost the link and never thought about it until a couple days ago, any help is appreciated.

you just have to change the number in the code so if it says like 250 and you want 3 comments showing them change it to like 350 that should work
